In June 2009, Guy Fieri announced his then-forthcoming line of of Ergo Chef knives at Disney’s California Adventure's California Wine and Food Festival, and the first two knives in the series were released in August 2009.
At the time of their release, the GourmetRetailer.com reviewed Guy's Ergo Chef line of knives and listed them as one of their "favorite things" at a Gourmet Housewares Show, held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

Or you can hold the knife in a traditional way, pinching the blade with pointer finger and thumb while laying your palm on the handle. Ergo Chef suggests trying both ways to see what is more comfortable for you.

The Guy Fieri "Knuckle Sandwich" line at Ergo Chef has two new knives to be released mid-June 2010 - the 5.5-inch santoku "Chopper" and a 4-inch "Lil' Guy" paring knife.
I have Guy's Ergo chef and utility knives, and I believe in the products wholeheartedly.
And I'll also admit to being very eager for the rest of the line. :)

That's a great deal!
I did a lot of cutting and chopping yesterday, using both the Big Stick & Dragon Dagger. Their ergonomic design helps me cut and chop with better precision and less effort.
It's nice to use knives that keep an ultra sharp edge regardless of what I decide to cut and chop...
