Guy Fieri on wine, in new book by Mark Oldman

Guy Fieri is one of the many celebrity wine lovers to be profiled in Mark Oldman’s new book, Oldman's Brave New World of Wine. In the book, Guy discusses his favorite wines, the greatest food and wine pairings, and several (hilarious) wine-infused experiences.

Once at the Superbowl, I sabered open a bottle of Dom Pérignon with only a butter knife—and my friends were amazed. My wife came by and asked, “What are you doing?” And I told her: “I’m kicking off the Superbowl, baby!”

His comments join those from dozens of other notable wine lovers, including actors Hilary Swank and Matthew McConaughey, novelist Jay McInerney, designer Zac Posen, and even Bill Nye, the "Science Guy."

Oldmand's Brave New World of Wine is a fun-filled and carefully-researched tour of the best, most affordable, and most adventurous wines from around the globe, available at www.amazon.com. For more information, visit MarkOldman.com.
