Two runners-up will receive $5000 plus an autographed Guy Fieri chef's jacket. And seven finalists receive $1000 plus an autographed Guy Fieri chef's jacket.
At the time of this writing, 74 recipes have been submitted. RITZ is accepting recipe submissions through February 28, 2011. Fans vote for their favorites. From March 28 through April 7, 2011, fans vote on ten finalists - voters can win a plate autographed by Guy Fieri.The top 3 final recipes will be judged by Kraft Kitchens and Guy Fieri to decide who wins.
To enter your RITZ recipe (any variety, simple or complicated, they're looking for great taste!), visit www.facebook.com/ritzcrackers, 'LIKE' the page and register and submit an entry.
The recipe must be original, you'll have to write a 100-word essay that explains why your recipe fits with the theme, "Guy-inspired Over-the-Top Recipe," and a photograph of the finished dish showcasing it's "appetite appeal."

And like last year, Guy Fieri will be appearing on the FOX Superbowl Pre-game Show on Sunday Feb. 6, 2011 between 2-3PM EST, to cook up some of those great new game day RITZ recipes. So, be sure to tune in!
