Hi, Guy...
I just saw part of the episode with pulled pork sandwiches at Pizza Junction in Buffalo - all I saw was the pork being covered in a red sauce, one more ingredient and then cooked in an oven under foil for 3 (or 6) hours.
Can you help me with that recipe, please? What were the sauces - apart from tomato?
I realise this may be a trade secret for Pizza Junction, so if you can help maybe it might be better for you to respond to me here...
