7th most successful American chef, Guy Fieri

By consulting various websites and databases, researchers at The Daily Meal considered net worth and salary estimates of American chef's personal income for 2010. They compiled their list of the 25 most successful chefs, listing Wofgang Puck at #1, Paula Deen at #5 and Guy Fieri at #7.

The host of Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and NBC’s Minute to Win It has five restaurants, two New York Times bestsellers, estimated book sales of an estimated $1.5 million, lines of apparel and products, a hectic schedule of lucrative public appearances, bodyguards who flank him at public appearances, and a hairstyle as distinctive in its own way as Donald Trump's.

msnbc.msn.com shares Guy Fieri tips for budget entertaining on Memorial Day Weekend.

TheOtherPaper.com wrote a very nice interview and article about the upcoming Guy Fieri Food Road Show in Ohio.

"Man, it's crazy," he said via telephone from Cherokee, N.C., one of the tour stops. "We'll jam some tunes, make some cocktails, cook some food and tell some stories. It's a lot like my kitchen at home."

  1. Just read the status of DDD... certainly disappointing. I am sure there are two sides to every story... I hope Guy remembers we enjoy his show... but it is people that makes him the success that he is.
