On a more somber note, The Nook, a favorite burger joint in St. Paul, Minnesota, was destroyed by fire in an early morning fire. CBS Minnesota reported that the fire started around 3:30 a.m. in the kitchen.
The owners, Ted Casper and Mike Runyon, plan to rebuild The Nook. “We won’t quit. We’ll fix it, but it’s just, we have to start all over,” said Runyon. “Just another story in the long life of The Nook, I guess.” Click here for the story. For a photo of the interior, click here.

Ben commented, "While the Nook is being rebuilt, the Shamrock (995 West 7th St. in St. Paul) is still around. It is owned by the same guys as the Nook and sells the juicy Nookie!" Good point. :)
