*Update* Click here to read more about each of the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene featured restaurants.
I can confirm Picabu because I heard them talking about it as I was eating. I can also confirm Hills' Restaurant as being the 7th location, as I discussed it with the owner, and it's also on their website. http://www.hillsrestaurantandlounge.com/
ReplyDeleteHiya Brad, and thank you!
ReplyDeleteDDD is filming Sun and Mon in Coeur d'Alene at: Jimmy's Down the Street Cafe on Sherman Ave.
ReplyDeleteThanks Anon, I'll update the post. :)
ReplyDeleteThought I heard from a couple of employees that Guy was going to be at the White House in Post Falls
ReplyDeleteWe went to Gordy's to ask if he was going to be on the show. The wait staff told us that he had interviewed with Guy on the phone but Gordy was leaning towards declining because he would have to close for 4 hours for filming.
ReplyDeleteWhy does DDD not go visit Hudson's in Couer d'Alene? They have great simple burgers in a diner like joint...thats the purpose right? I live in CA but my inlaws live in Post Falls and that is one of my favorite stops.
ReplyDeleteI can add some credibility to White House being on the list - I overheard that one at Picabu, but since I was eavesdropping and not familiar with the area, I convinced myself it was "Elk House" and passed it off.
ReplyDeleteI would like to exchange links with your site guyfieri.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteIs this possible?
I've eaten at Jimmy's Down the Street many time. Excited to see the show! I tried to stop in this past Sunday, but it was so bust with the film crew there! Good home-style Southern cooking!
ReplyDeleteI can confirm Hill's my friend just received a pic of the camaro outside from his wife!!
ReplyDeleteI can confirm Hill's - just drove by and say him filming in front of his car.
ReplyDeleteAnyone able to send in a picture? Either email me at dorablenights@yahoo.com or post a link to the picture hosted online. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThe Jimmy's Down the Street visit was terriffic!

I lived in CDA for 5 years (moved 12/09), and never thought to go to Jimmy's. I would have thought that Michael D's would have been on before Jimmy's. I love Hudsons, but there really isn't much to what they do.
ReplyDeleteI'll eat at Down the Street any day before Michael D's. Michael D's is one of the most over-hyped places I've ever been dragged to. Just greasy, mediocre food every time I've been dragged there.
ReplyDeleteDown the Street has always had better, REAL food when I've been there.
Jimmy's Down the Street

@HoustonBeerMan says, "Hudsons is the bomb! "
